The website https://www.congressworld.gr is the official website of ‘KEGM TOURIST & CONFERENCE ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME – CONGRESS WORLD’, a company active in the fields of Conference Tourism and Hotel business, seated at 27, Mihalakopoulou Street, 115 28 Athens, VAT No: 998641094, Tax Office: FAE, Athens, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) No.: 7110801000, NTO License – Tourist Enterprise Registry No.: 0206Ε60000606800.
The online form for Electronic Transactions of our website is for payment of products (i.e. tickets, transportation, hotel accommodation etc) and services that may be offered either when organising a Conference or Event or when providing tourist services in general.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, in particular the information on the use of the online platform for Electronic Transactions of ‘KEGM TOURIST & CONFERENCE ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME-CONGRESS WORLD’.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A service or product purchased from KEGM TOURIST & CONFERENCE ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME-CONGRESS WORLD has been previously agreed in writing by both parties via an E-mail or fax.
To avoid the 100% cancellation penalty for a service, you can contact our company in writing at reception@congressworld.gr or info@congressworld.gr 21 days prior to the agreed date for said service to cancel it. Exceptionally, should the 21st day be Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the cancellation request must be submitted on the immediately previous working day, during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00).
An air or ferry ticket can be changed or cancelled depending on the terms set by each provider for such cases. KEGM TOURIST & CONFERENCE ENTERPRISES SOCIETE ANONYME-CONGRESS WORLD cannot influence the policy of those providers. Any cost in case of change or cancellation of a travel service, decided by the terms of the provider, is exclusively borne by the user.
MONEY REFUND:
For money refund, you can contact our company in writing at reception@congressworld.gr or info@congressworld.gr 21 days prior to the agreed date for said service to cancel it. Exceptionally, should the 21st day be Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the cancellation request bust be submitted on the immediately previous working day, during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00).
If the written cancellation and money refund request is raised in the above set deadline, money refund is possible provided it is also explicitly agreed by the cooperating provider that may be involved in the provision of said service. Money refund for air, ferry or other types of tickets is not possible. Money refund for bank reservations or third-party commissions imposed during the e-transaction is not possible. Money refund is not possible if the procedure of issuing the relevant legal documents has already started.

The website https://www.congressworld.gr does not bear any responsibility in case of illegal use of credit cards. The provision of credit card information means the user’s consent for the charging of his/her debit/ credit/ prepaid card.
The website https://www.congressworld.gr bears no responsibility if the debit/ credit/ prepaid card is not charged due to the liability of Online Payment Processing or the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Indicative cases of non-liability of https://www.congressworld.gr are: hardware or software failure of the provider of Online Payment Processing. If the server of the provider of Online Payment Processing services stops operating according to the specifications either due to hardware failure (i.e. hard disc failure, loss of power, main memory failure) or software failure, the user/ customer shall be considered by https://www.congressworld.gr that has not proceeded with the payment.
